These General Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the Rehman Fit website and are subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008).

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment is processed securely via Paystack or other approved payment providers.

Rehman Fit reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The price at checkout is the final binding price for that transaction.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Access to digital products is granted immediately upon successful payment.

  • Once access has been granted, the sale is final in accordance with the CPA provisions relating to digital content.

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Billing error

  • Proven technical fault preventing access that cannot be resolved

Coaching services may be subject to separate written agreements outlining cancellation terms.

Refund Policy – Digital Products (South Africa)

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

Digital Products

Our products are digital in nature and include, but are not limited to, online courses, downloadable content, programs, guides, and memberships.

In accordance with Section 16 of the CPA, the right to cancel a transaction does not apply once:

  • The supply of digital content has begun, and

  • Access to the digital product has been granted to the customer.

For this reason, all digital product sales are final once access has been provided.

No Cooling-Off Period

By completing your purchase and accessing the digital product, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • You waive your right to a cooling-off period where applicable, and

  • You understand that refunds are not available once access has been granted.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate or erroneous payments

  • A material technical fault on our side that prevents access to the digital product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Any approved refund will be processed via Paystack to the original payment method used.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use or complete the product

  • Misunderstanding of the product offering

  • Incompatibility with personal preferences, lifestyle, health circumstances, or expectations

  • Failure to read or understand the product description prior to purchase

remains the intellectual property of Rehman Fit.

No content may be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rehman Fit shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of income or business

  • Injuries arising from misuse of programs

  • Outcomes resulting from failure to follow instructions properly

To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service purchased.

Access Termination

Rehman Fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a user:

  • Violates these terms

  • Shares copyrighted material

  • Engages in abusive or unlawful conduct

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
